Many people now know that windscreen damage can be repaired, and that this service may be free with comprehensive cover! Excess might not be charged on windscreen repairs, whereas nearly all insurance companies charge an excess for replacements. In both instances, your no claims bonus is not affected.

We carry out on-site windscreen repairs with qualified technicians using only materials which have passed BS:AU251:1994. using only the latest equipment and resins sourced from the U.S.A., manufactured by Glass Technology Inc. a leading supplier and manufacturer of windscreen repair equipment, tools and windscreen repair resins.

Our windscreen repair technicians are local to you, and fully mobile, operating from self-contained vehicles, allowing them to service your car or fleet whether on or off site to suit your traffic movements. Most of our major customers use us as their first port of call for windscreen damage because if Windscreen Repair Service cannot effect a windscreen repair, then a replacement is essential.

Our experience has shown that over 80% of windscreens currently replaced could have been repaired if the damage had been identified early enough. Many drivers do not notice or report minor windscreen damage until it has deteriorated to a point where a windscreen replacement becomes inevitable.

To overcome this problem, we offer a programme of regular FREE windscreen inspections, to companies who run fleets of vehicles, helping them towards running a greener company. 

We normally carry out windscreen inspections at weekends, or when your vehicles are available in your depots or company car parks. If authorisation is available, we can usually repair the windscreen at the same time, with the average repair taking 20 to 30 minutes. The vehicle is then ready for immediate use after the repair is finished.

All of our windscreen repairs meet the requirements of BS:AU251:1994, and are guaranteed to pass any relevant statutory test. We repair in any part of the windscreen, and heated or tinted windscreens pose no problem. You are probably using a windscreen replacement company, who naturally have a vested interest in replacing as opposed to repairing windscreens, and does not offer regular free inspections.

We only use independent, dedicated, windscreen repair only technicians  to carry out our fleet inspections.

Because we have a windscreen repair first policy, we can offer your company an opportunity to substantially reduce It’s annual replacement costs. If the damage is beyond even our repair capabilities, we can normally arrange for a windscreen replacement by local company, even if your vehicle is off site.

If your windscreens are covered under your vehicle insurance policy, we may be able arrange to invoice your insurance company directly (subject to a policy check) giving you free windscreen repairs with no excess to pay. You only pay the VAT element, which you can reclaim, alternatively we invoice you, and you submit the claim via your broker. 

If your company leases vehicles, we can offer a limited de-fleet check to remove minor scratches to bodywork using SSR scratch removal, as well as repairing or arranging a replacement windscreen at highly competitive prices which are generally much cheaper than that charged by leasing companies. We can also offer the same service to company employees, on their own vehicles thereby probably saving them their excess if they opt for a windscreen repair. The windscreen repairs can be carried out on your own premises, with your permission, or at the employee's home address, at their convenience.
